The Dotted Line
- Initial 6-month lease with one month rent deposit
- Rental rate $2.80 psf per month
- 10% commission taken on all sales
- 3% fee taken for credit cards
- Rent is not deducted from sales checks
- Dealers are paid twice each month
- Merchandising assistance available
- Sales tax collected, reported and paid to State each month
- WM responsible for NSF checks
- We require pictures of your merchandise including previous booths & display examples.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We ask that all new dealers attend our Orientation class within the first three months of joining us. The class is offered once every two months and lasts approximately three to four hours.
