The Holiday Open House and the reveal of our 2013 Christmas Window Display is just 18 days away!
We have been hard at work in our secret Christmas workshop and have tried our best to keep the theme of the decorations we're crafting under wraps. Fans on our Facebook page offered some pretty creative guesses when we shared sneak peek pictures last week.
A professional artist has worked alongside Lisa, Mari and me, Karen, to craft a peanut brittle house, peppermint trees, and a lollipop forest! We are carving enormous gumdrops, cupcakes and gingerbread men too.
All of these giant-sized confections combined will transform Woodstock Market into...
A Candy Land Christmas
We hope you'll plan to join us for on Friday, November 1st at 7 p.m. as we reveal our gift to you, our neighbors and friends! Start a new family tradition and enjoy a bit of nostalgia with a good old fashioned Christmas window and Christmas cheer. There will be carolers and hot chocolate and, more importantly for some of you, an opportunity to strategize for Saturday and Sunday's 20% off everything in the store!
Please bring a new toy to help stock the DFACS Toy Closet providing Christmas gifts & birthday presents to foster children throughout the year. We are also collecting nonperishable food items for families & individuals facing financial setbacks & sudden hardships.
Donate $5 and shop early on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Donations will go to our "Be Someone's Santa" Toy Drive. Speaking of Santa, he'll be in the store Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you make sweet holiday memories with your family at Woodstock Market. Tell us, what's your favorite sweet Christmas treat?
