On the north side of the store is a showroom full of romantic whimsy and nostalgic fun. i heart purdy things is bathed in swags of burlap and features a chalkboard wall and tins of chalk for shoppers to leave notes behind to dealer JannYvette Byrd. One shopper even posted a note recently that read, "We need hens!"

In 2013, JannYvette attended Haven, an Atlanta based home and DIY blog conference founded by our friend Rhoda Vickers from the beautiful Southern Hospitality blog and others.

JannYvette's own DIY and decor blog has been taking leaps and bounds ever since. Her posts highlight her endeavors in antique and vintage picking, painting and projects, her own personal decor, and the home staging services she offers.

JannYvette also loves to mentor fellow antique and vintage enthusiasts on the fine art of picking. She frequently shares tips and hints on her Facebook page.
